What's This About?

Ick Rastly and the Naptime band wake up on the morning after the night before, and discover some of the results of some of the decisions they made.

Then, they head to the library so Matt can hold a lecture on the history, geography and politics of Panatheon. What secrets does the library hold?

There are lots of books in the library, but also a curious poster of a doughy, middle aged man holding up a shaky thumbs up which says:
